Some fans of Kumasi Asante Kotoko led by the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the club, Benjamin Obeng Sekyere, according to reports, are saying they need ¢3, 000 to end Sogne Yacouba’s goal drought.
According to the report, Yacouba’s goal drought is as a result of a ‘spiritual attack’ on him. Yacouba has not found his scoring boots since he returned from his hometown, Burkina Faso. Although he has been playing well and giving assists to other players to score, the fans are still not satisfied with that.
According to the fans, they found out about the attack after doing underground work and they have been told to bring ¢3, 000 to buy the items needed to work against the spiritual attack.
Some fans of the club who believe in the spiritual attack on Yacouba are accusing the fans of their arch-rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak of being behind the attack.
However, some of the fans of the club who do not believe in the attack want the player to be psyched as the news will affect the performance of the player.
