12-year old boy burnt to death

A 12-year old boy called Emma has been burnt to death at Fitter Mu at Asafo in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.

The unfortunate incident happened when six shops in the area caught fire at 5 o’clock am this morning and the body of the young man was found after the fire was quenched.

Emma was sleeping in one of the shops which also serve as the place of abode for some people when the fire started

The cause of the fire is still not unknown, however, it is believed that some of the shops had in stock paints, turpentine and other fluids.
