2 Multi Credit workers arrested for stealing

Two workers of Multi Credit Savings and Loans’ branch at Ejisu have been arrested for stealing.

Rita Asieduwaa, 33 and Mercy Nketiah, 30 were arrested after the branch manager reported them to the police.

According to the report, Asieduwaa who is a teller has been accused of allegedly stealing GHC 223, 127 while Nketiah who is a mobile banker or Susu collector has been accused of stealing the money she collected from their customers.

The two were arraigned before the Kumasi Circuit Court and have been granted bail.

They two will reappear on the 29 May 2019.
