44-year-old man kills himself after he heard rumours that his wife was cheating on him

A 44-year-old man at Elubo in the Western Region has killed himself after he heard rumours that his wife was cheating on him.

According to reports, the 44-year-old man, who sells P.K and handkerchief in the town was told that his wife was cheating on him with her church member.
The man confronted the alleged lover and warned him to stay away from his wife or else something will happen to him.

People who knew that the man’s wife and the church member were just friends started asking the woman why her husband did that.
Though it is not clear exactly what happened afterwards, the man reportedly drowned himself in River Tano.
His body is yet to be found as the river joins another river in Ivory Coast.
