Kumasi Asante Kotoko has returned to winning ways after beating Ebusua Dwarfs by two goals to nil at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The game is Kotoko’s first game since being handed the five-match behind closed doors ban after the fans clashed with the police when they faced Berekum Chelsea last week Sunday.
Sogne Yacouba could have given Kotoko the lead in the first half but his penalty kick was saved by Dwarfs goalkeeper, Razak Issah.
Kotoko’s total domination could not break the Dwarf defence until the 83rd minute when 16-year old Anim Cudjoe opened the scoring.
The goal paved the way for another one and in the 86th minute, Richard Arthur got a rebound from Naby Keita’s shot and made it two.
The win has given Kotoko their third win of the season in five matches after losing their last two games.
Dwarfs, on the other hand, has not won a game after five matches.
