Kumasi Asante Kotoko has been fined for failing to submit the names of their board members to the Club Licensing Board of the Ghana Football Association.
According to the report, Kotoko failed to do so on the initial deadline which was given to the clubs and the club was fined ₵5, 000.
The Club Licensing Board after fining Kotoko gave them another deadline and has informed the club they would be fined ₵20, 000 if they do not submit the names of the board of directors.
According to reports, the club has to submit their names to Manhyia for approval before they can submit the names.
The Post understands, Manhyia has asked the club to send the names for approval, however, the club is yet to do so.
Should Kotoko fail to do so on the new deadline date given to them, the club would not be able to compete in the Ghanaian Premier League as they would lose their license.
