Kotoko goalkeeper Osei Kwame undergoes successful surgery

Asante Kotoko’s third-choice goalkeeper, Emmanuel Osei Kwame has undergone a successful surgery at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi.

Test conducted on the player after he picked up the injury indicated he had torn his anterior cruciate ligament.

Kotoko in a tweet confirmed the news and wished the player a speedy recovery.

“Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Emmanuel Osei Kwame has undergone surgery at KATH his Injury anterior cruciate ligament tear.

“Everyone at Asante Kotoko SC wishes our goalkeeper a speedy recovery”, a statement on the Twitter page of Asante Kotoko has confirmed.
