Alisson Becker has officially become the most expensive goalkeeper history in football after signing for Liverpool FC.

AS Roma asked Liverpool to pay £90 million for Alisson Becker in January this year, however, they have been able to sign him for less than £70 million six months later.

Becker told Liverpool TV he had a chat with Mohammed Salah while on his way to England to do the medicals.
The 25-year old Brazilian keeper told liverpoolfc.com, “in terms of my life and my career, it’s a huge step for me being part of this club and this family.

“You can be certain that I’ll give my all.”

Liverpool now has both the most expensive keeper and defender in their team.
