Kennedy Agyapong, MP for Assin Central has revealed he will not contest in the 2020 election because his wife has told him to.
The vociferous MP made the revelation a day after telling Parliament’s Privileges Committee that if they find him guilty of comments he made, he will apologize.
“No matter what people from my hometown will say, I will not contest again”.
He further went on to say if he leaves Parliament, ‘we will see his lifestyle”.

According to Kennedy Agyapong, his wife is not even happy with the allegations that Muntaka Mubarak Mohammed, MP for Asawase has levelled against him.

He believes the allegations are not strong enough as compared to his evidence and as a result, he has lost interest in contesting for the next election.
