King Faisal, RTU want Danlad

Asante Kotoko city rivals, King Faisal according to reports gathered indicates the club would want to sign Asante Kotoko fourth choice goalkeeper, Ibrahim Danlad.

Danlad spent the just-ended season on loan at Faisal and he was the first-choice goalkeeper till the end of the season.

However, Faisal will be facing competition from newly promoted side, Real Tamale United as they are also interested in signing the AFCON U20 winner.

According to the report, Faisal’s chances of resigning Danlad is very low as the club’s CEO, Alhaji Karim Grusah reportedly told Kotoko management members that he will not sell his striker Kwame Peprah to them.

The Post understands Kotoko would give Danlad to RTU rather than King Faisal.
