Dr Nartey to Kotoko is done

The coach of West African Football Academy FC, Dr Prosper Ogum Nartey is joining Asante Kotoko.

Dr Nartey has been linked with the Kotoko coaching job for months, however, it was later reported that some Kotoko Board members want club legend Kwasi Appiah to take the job. Appiah rejected the job and told the club he would be the club’s technical consultant without a fee.

Dr Nartey’s announcement is expected to be made this week as Kotoko will start their preseason next.

Is current team WAFA came third in the just ended Ghanaian Premier League with 56 points, a point behind Kotoko.
