After the Ghana Football Association charged Ashanti Gold SC’s Seth Osei for ‘for facilitating and participating in match of convenience in the 2020/2021’ in the Ghana Premier League Week 34 game between Ashanti Gold and Inter Allies, Kotoko have put their interest in him on hold.
The Ghana Football Association in their release charged Osei for violating Article 34(5)(a) of the Ghana Premier League Regulations in respect to a match between two clubs.
While Osei has admitted he wants to play for Kotoko, there are reports that, Kotoko coach, Prosper Ogum PhD has told the player he wants him for the coming season.
Before the deal was put on hold, Ash Gold wanted Kotoko to pay $65, 0000 for Osei while Kotoko are not willing to go beyond $30, 000.
