According to Nigeria’s relationship blogger, Blessing Okoro, getting intimate with your date early in the talking does not make you cheap. She calls it ‘choice and connection.’
Blessing Okoro, an outspoken relationship expert, says that feeling any less after having sexual intercourse on the first date is just a fallacious mind play.
Conferring on her, any sexual activity is a result of choice and connection and should not be centred on the self-esteem of the participants.
Her submission to a social media user who asked for her advice on the matter. The user wrote, “Good evening Ma. I love you. Can you sleep with a guy on the first date? Does it make me look cheap? Please respond I don’t want to regret it.”
To which the response was, “Sleeping with someone on the first date does not make you cheap. It’s just your choice and connection. But I will advise you to talk more on the first date than sex. Sex is too cheap. Communication is more expensive because it will expose their real identity and personal. Sex hides it.”
