Morale suspended in Katanga

Authorities of University Hall popularly called Katanga has suspended all forms of morale “in and around the hall with immediate effect.”

In a noticed signed by the Hall Management on 17th October 2018, the authorities indicated “the decision was taken in view of several negative issues encountered recently with respect to morales in the hall.”

The students have been warned not to break the new “directive” as the person will be punished.
