Ghana will know of its group opponents for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers on April 19.
Ivory Coast will be hosting the next edition of the tournament next year which has been scheduled to take place in the summer.
The Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) has announced the draw will be held on April 19 with some new modalities.
The qualifying series will start in June, 2022, with the final set of matches to be played in March, 2023.
Ghana will be hoping to get a good draw and qualify for the tournament which will be hosted by its neighbors.
The Black Stars exited the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in the group stage but managed to qualify for the World Cup after beating arch-rivals Nigeria in the playoff.
Ghana are four time winners of the AFCON trophy and last won it in 1982 in Libya.
