Tragedy struck in Adeiso, a town in the Eastern Region of Ghana, as one person lost their life in an accident while en route to Eid-Adha prayers. The incident occurred when the vehicle they were traveling in crashed, resulting in severe injuries to 14 other individuals. Reports indicate that the vehicle somersaulted and was extensively damaged beyond repair.
The car involved in the accident had the registration number GT 64-41-20. Unfortunately, it failed to brake and collided, leading to the immediate death of one passenger and injuries sustained by the others. The injured individuals were promptly transported to the hospital for medical attention.
However, according to the nurses at the Dome facility, who spoke with Prince Collins Bening, there was a distressing lack of available ambulances to transport the injured patients. As a result, the injured individuals were forced to rely on taxis for transportation, despite their profuse bleeding.
