According to a report by BILD, German football giants Bayern Munich have reportedly advised Senegal superstar Sadio Mane to explore his options in the transfer market. The club has allegedly conveyed to Mane, a two-time African Player of the Year, that they do not have him in their plans for the upcoming season.
The BILD report suggests that Mane had initially made the decision to continue with Bayern before he and his management received this news. Furthermore, other sources indicate that Bayern Munich are open to selling Mane for a fee of approximately 20 million euros.
Mane joined Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022, signing a three-year contract. However, he has endured a challenging season, plagued by injuries and struggling to find his form with the team. To compound matters, in April 2023, he had a heated altercation with teammate Leroy Sane, which reportedly affected his standing within the dressing room.
This development has cast uncertainty over Mane’s future at Bayern Munich, with potential transfer options now under consideration.
