Nations FC’s head coach, Kassim Mingle, has openly expressed his wish for the Referees Committee of the Ghana Football Association to consider replacing the designated referee, Latif Adaari, for their upcoming match against Asante Kotoko.
Mingle’s request is rooted in his belief that Adaari’s officiating during their previous game against Legon Cities, which ended in a 1-1 draw, was less than satisfactory.

“I would prefer if we had a different referee for our game against Asante Kotoko, given the way Latif Adaari managed our match against Legon Cities. I found it unsatisfactory,” Mingle stated.
He also pointed out that his concerns about Adaari’s refereeing during that match were not unique; several individuals, including attending journalists, shared similar reservations.

For the upcoming fixture at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, Latif Adaari is scheduled to be assisted by Emmanuel Dolangbanu and Gabriel Boateng as assistant referees, while Foster Bastiours will serve as the fourth official.
