Members of the New Patriotic Party at Fomena in the Adansi North District in the Ashanti Region are angry with their MP Hon. Amoako Asiamah.
The MP who is in his first term might have the same faith as his two predecessors who were also in office for one term.
The party members are accusing the MP of being against the Free Senior High School education.
According to them, the MP who owns a private school in Kumasi is against the program because it has collapse his school.
Apart from that, they are accusing him of also being against Nana Addo’s fight against illegal mining (galamsey). Instead of helping the government to fight galamsey, they are accusing him of secretly supporting it.
Furthermore, the party members are saying the MP has been taking money from people and giving them jobs. They claim he has been doing this at a drinking spot.
Moreover, they are not happy with the way he is handling the school feeding program. Instead of employing someone from Fomena to cook for the students in his constituency, he has rather hired a woman from Bekwai who they said is called Hajia, to cook for the students. The furious NPP supporters have sent a warning to the said Hajia not to set foot at Fomena.
