Asante Kotoko midfielder, Sherif Mohammed has been hit by a motorbike.
The accident, according to the report, happened in Tamale where he went to when the team after the team went on a break.
Per the report, he was standing somewhere when he the one riding the motorbike lost control.
Sherif has been an integral part of the Kotoko team since he signed for the club two seasons ago. The defensive midfielder has played as a center-back, left-back, right-back, central midfield and also on the wings. The only position he has not played since signing for the club is the striking and the goalkeeping position.
The Post understands he did not sustain any serious injury that can threaten his career, however, he might be on the sideline for a long time.
