Tawiah Ampomah, the three-year-old boy who died in the car crash involving actor LilWin, has been laid to rest at the residence of the deceased, according to citinewsrrom.com.
The family convened at their home to grieve the young child, with friends and other loved ones joining to offer their condolences.
A casket adorned with a multi-coloured cloth was placed into a pit, and a wreath was laid on top of it.
Although Jacob Kofi Ampomah, the boy’s father, had not fully recovered from his serious injuries, he attended to pay his final respects to his son.
Jacob is reportedly undergoing treatment for a leg fracture incurred during the accident. His heavily damaged vehicle is now in police custody as the investigation continues.
Yaw Gyamfi, a relative, told Citi News that eyewitnesses and police confirmed LilWin was speeding and deviated from his lane. He emphasized the importance of adhering to the law.

The news of LilWin’s car accident on May 25, 2024, stunned the Ghanaian community.
The collision occurred in front of Grace Baptist Church in Amakom, Kumasi, where LilWin’s Benz and another vehicle crashed head-on, resulting in injuries to him and two others.
All injured parties, including LilWin, were taken to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital’s Accident and Emergency Unit.
At the time of the accident, LilWin was on his way to actress Matilda Asare’s mother’s funeral.
Despite his injuries, LilWin attended the premiere of his new movie, “A Country Called Ghana,” at the KNUST CCB Auditorium later that day.
Meanwhile, Police are investigating to ascertain the accident’s causes and reach a resolution.
LilWin’s management has pledged support to the bereaved family following the child’s passing.
