Obuasi Ashanti Gold has replied Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s letter. Kotoko recently wrote to Ashanti Gold and expressed their desire to sign three of their players.
However, the two clubs engaged in words of war after the owner of Ashanti Gold SC in an interview on Ash FM in Kumasi said he would sell the three players for $2 million.
Kotoko pulled out of signing the players but now that their letter has been replied, the two parties are expected to start negotiations.
Ash Gold has indicated in their letter to Kotoko that they will not sell their three players to them.
Instead, they will sell only one player to them.
Asante Kotoko at the moment can register three more players for their CAF Confederation Cup campaign and whoever they will sign will surely have his name sent to CAF to compete in the completion.
