The family of football legend, Abedi Ayew Pele has indicated the formal Blackstars captain will not run for the GFA President position.
Solar Ayew, brother of Abedi Pele in an interview stated that his brother has a lot of projects he is undertaking there he will not run for the GFA office.
Expounding his comment, he indicated running for the position will prevent his brother from concentrating on the projects he is undertaking.
The three times African Footballer of the year according to reports has been selected by the President, Nana Addo to run the GFA till elections are held for new leaders to take charge.
The former Olympique Marseille midfielder will oversee the affairs of the new GFA with former Blackstars teammate Anthony Yeboah and Dr Kofi Amoah.
