Aduana Stars has beaten Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Agyeman Badu Stadium at Dormaa by a goal to nil.
Samuel Bio scored in added on time to give his side the winning goal in added time.
The game was surrounded with controversies as the two clubs started the game with 10-men until the start of the second half.
Kotoko defender, Nettey was stopped by some players of Aduana when he attempted to enter the post of Aduana before the start of the second half.
Kotoko could have gone ahead in the 25th minute after William Opoku’s attempt to dribble Aduana’s goalkeeper failed. Sam Adams left-foot strike after he was passed the ball also went off-target.
Aduana has now overtaken Kotoko on the league table and moved to the third position with 20 points while Kotoko drops to the fourth position with 18 points.
