Former Asante Kotoko striker, Ahmed Toure delivered his promise of scoring against Ghana Premier League Champions, Aduana Stars Football Club in the CAF Confederations Cup.
The match which was played in Ivory Coast ended with one goal in favour of the 25 times Ivorian champions.
Ahmed Toure who also played for Bechem United before the game promised to score a goal against Aduana Stars and in the 38th minute, he delivered his promise.
Aduana missed all the chances they created with most of them coming in the second half of the game.
Aduana Stars are now last in the group with games against Moroccan side, RCA Casablanca and DR Congo’s AS Vita Club yet to be played later in the year as well as a home game against Asec Mimosa.
