The death of the JH Mensah has brought tears to the family and loved ones to the late statesman.
JH Mensah, who served as an MP of Parliament for Sunyani East, Minister of Finance, Senior Ministers amongst other positions in and outside the country died last morning at the age of 89 in Accra.
The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo took to his twitter page to eulogize the late the JH Mensah.
When he paid a visit to his family in Accra, he shared with them how helpful JH Mensah had been to him. He stated how weak JH became later in his life and also said he ‘being called by God’ may be the best thing for him.
He stated that the Deputy Chief of Staff told him early in the morning and now that he is the President, he will do something to honour him.
The Vice President, Dr Bawumia also took to his twitter page when the announcement was made.
The formal President, Jerry John Rawlings also shared his thoughts on the death of Joseph Henry Mensah.
