Amankona rejects Ash Gold move, wants to join only Kotoko

Berekum Chelsea attacker, Stephen Amankona has rejected a move to Ashanti Gold after the Obuasi club made a $35,000 offer for him, according to a report by Oyerepa FM.

Amankona has been a Kotoko’s target list since the season ended and he has reportedly agreed on personal terms with the Porcupine Warriors. However, Kotoko want Chelsea to reduce their price tag for the player.

Ash Gold, on the other hand, are willing to pay the $35,000 Chelsea want but Amankona has told his club if he is not joining Kotoko he will only play for them.
