Asante Kotoko to replace Paa Kwasi with a “Ghanaian” coach

Africa’s club of the 20th century, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, after the resignation of the head coach, Samuel Paa Kwasi Fabian, has revealed a new coach will be appointed soon.

Though media reports indicate Yussif Abubakar or C. K. Akonnor will succeed Paa Kwasi, the management of the club have not confirmed the rumours, however, they have made it clear the new coach is Ghanaian.

The Post has gathered the club and the soon to be named coach are in advanced talks and the announcement is expected to be done either this week or next week.

Reports from the club indicate the management wants someone who has experience and understands the Ghanaian game.
