Asantehene fed almost 3000 homeless people in the Ashanti Region on Sunday

The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II on Sunday fed almost 3000 people in the Ashanti Region.

“The Asantehene, on Sunday fed almost 3000 homeless people in the region”, Oheneba Richard, a Member of the Asantehene Convid – 19 team said in an interview on Kessben FM.

According to him, the Asantehene said he wanted to have dinner with the homeless so he prepared food and gave it to the homeless.

Also, the Asantehene’s team have been giving food items to people living in the affected areas in the region.

The Asantehene, according to reports, is spending ₵1 million to feed his people during the lockdown.

He will also be donating to the hospitals, media and all the frontline workers in the region.
