Former CEO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, George Amoako has told the board of directors of the club to ask the board chairman, Dr Kwame Kyei questions about the club’s finances, according to a report by Kessben FM.
According to the report, George Amoako said during the club’s CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup campaign, the government of Ghana and their sponsors gave them money to finance the campaign. Therefore, the board should ask him about the whereabouts of those monies and the money the club got.
Also, he wants the board to ask Kwame Kyei about the money he said he has spent on the club but will not take back.
