Bechem United apologize to Mbella

Bechem United has apologized to Asante Kotoko star, Franck Thierry Etouga Mbella after their defender Samuel Osei Kuffour celebrated stamped on his arm during their game yesterday.

The club in their statement said they “have taken disciplinary measures against him to serve as a deterrent to the entire team.”

Kuffour who should have been sent off for the incident played the entire 90 minutes and was even named the Man of the Match.

After the game, Kuffour apologized to Mbella.
