Qatar 2022: Black Stars players to get $100,000 as appearance fee

Ghanaian players who will get called up to the national team for the FIFA World Cup in Qatar will get $100,000 each as their appearance fee.

According to the report, the players and the Ghana Football Association has agreed on the fee and the money will be paid when they go to Qatar.

The appearance fee for the national team players has been a major topic in Ghana as some people feel the amount the players receive as an appearance fee is too much.

During the 2014 World Cup, the government of Ghana sent $3 million cash by air to pay the appearance fee of the players.
