CCTV footage of how police was brutally shot in bullion robbery attack at Ablekuma emerges

Disturbing footage of the Ablekuma bullion van robbery attack has surfaced on social media, shedding light on the harrowing incident that occurred on Thursday, June 22, 2023. The video reveals the tragic fate of a police officer who was accompanying the bullion van.

In the footage, a white bullion van can be seen exiting the Ablekuma Star Oil filling station before abruptly reversing and coming to a stop. Two unsuspecting individuals on a motorbike enter the station, with one of them approaching the front passenger seat where the police officer is seated.

The driver of the bullion van swiftly flees the scene as soon as he opens his door, leaving the officer vulnerable. As he attempts to exit the van, one of the riders on the motorbike shoots him. Simultaneously, another pair of robbers on a separate motorbike arrives at the scene and begins firing shots indiscriminately.

The four robbers ultimately make off with a school bag they retrieve from the backseat of the bullion van. The incident has sparked intense investigations to bring the perpetrators to justice.
