CHAN team, U-15 teams team get new names

The Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association has announced that they have changed the names of the Black Stars B also known as Local Black Stars, National Boys U-15 and National Girls U-15.

The Local Black Stars or Black Stars B is now called Black Galaxies, Boys U-15 is now called Black Commets while the Girls U-15 is now called Black Damsels.

The Beach Soccer National team’s name the Black Shark has been maintained.

‘These names will take immediate effect,’ the FA said in their annoucement.
