Chief destooled for killing and eating a sheep meant for sacrifice

Nana Boakye Yiadom, the chief of Kokyerekrom at Bosome Freho has been destooled by the Paramount Chief of Dadiease, Nana Twum Barima Apaw II.

According to the residents, the Nana Boakye Yiadom has poured libation to ask the gods not allow the town to develop.

The residents of the town who were not happy with his rule reported Nana Boakye Yiadom to Nana Twum Barima Apaw II after he insulted and stripped his wife naked in public.

Nana Boakye was given schnapps and a sheep to sacrifice in order to appease the gods but he killed and ate the animal.

The elders of the town got angry and adviced Nana Twum Barima to destool Nana Boakye Yiadom and their advice was well taken.
