The Criminal Investigations Department has invited the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Ohene Agyapong for questioning.
The MP has become the first person to be invited by the police over the murder of the investigative journalist, Ahmed Hussein-Suale Divela last night.
Ahmed was killed while on his way home on Wednesday night by two gunmen who were on a motorcycle.

Agyapong’s invite became necessary as he published his pictures on his TV station, NET 2, disclosed where he lived and told people to beat him when they see him.

The CID has stated that it will follow all leads and invite all suspects until they get to the culprit.
