COLLINS OWUSU-SEKYERE VS UNIVERSITY OF GHANA: CASE ADJOURNED

The case between Collins Owusu-Sekyere and the University of Ghana has been adjourned to Thursday, 10^th of May 2018.

The plaintiff applied for default judgement after University of Ghana failed to respond to the writ they were served.

However, his lawyer could not attend the hearing due to illness.

A letter was sent the judge who then adjourned the case to the above date.

Although they did not respond the writ, the University of Ghana sent two lawyers to represent them.
