Members of Chamber of Petroleum Consumers are happy with the sacking of Alfred Obeng Boateng from BOST.
According to the members, the sacking of the Alfred Obeng Boateng has trumpeted the President’s campaign against corruption.
Duncan Amoah, a member of COPEC told ABN Ghana that the former CEO for BOST ‘last year lied to Ghanaians that he had made a profit 35 million but if you make 35 million profit why do you go to Commercial Bank for a loan?’
He further indicated that it was difficult for COPEC members and workers of BOST to work with the former CEO.
Since his appointment, there have been numerous allegations involving BOST including contaminated fuels and other things.
The COPEC members believe the sacking of Alfred Obeng Boateng will help them and BOST workers work more efficiently.
