Medeama SC’s new signing Patrick Yeboah would have been wearing a different jersey had his former club, Asante Kotok agreed to sell him.
This week, Yeboah had his contract with Kotoko terminated after he requested for it to be done.
Less than 48 hours after terminating his contract, it was announced that he had signed for Medeama.
However, according to a report, Dreams FC wanted to sign him from Kotoko and even wrote to the club to make inquires. At the time Dreams wrote to Kotoko, Yeboah was not the first choice for his position.
According to the report, Kotoko replied Dreams and told them Yeboah was not for sale.
A few months down the line, Kotoko did not earn a penny from his move to Medeama as he joined the club on a free transfer.
