Driver turns Tech footbridge into road

A photo circulating on social media shows a driver driving his minivan on the footbridge at Tech Junction in Kumasi instead of using the road.

While the action has shocked everyone who has seen the video or photos, the question everyone is asking is where was the police as there is always police personnel in the junction.

However, after the photo went viral, eyewitnesses reported that the driver of the vehicle’s brake failed, as a result, he was adviced to use that route instead of the main road.
