The Greater Accra Representative of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Edmund Ackah today announced his resignation from the club.
“It’s true, I have resigned as Accra rep of Asante Kotoko, I can no longer be a member of this management, and it’s a personal reason,” he said in an interview on Oyerepa FM in Kumasi.
Ackah has been serving as the Accra representative for the club since 2018 and he was recently praised by the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II for the good work he is doing for the club.
Ackah has now become the 5th management member to resign from the club since Kwame Kyei took over the club.
Dr Michael Leat, Ernest Owusu Ansah, Lawyer Yaw Boafo and Lawyer Sarfo Duku have all resigned from the club.
