Etoile du Sahel sack their coach – Report

Etoile Sportive du Sahel has sacked their coach, Faouzi Benzarti ahead of their game against Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the CAF Champions League on Sunday according to reports from Tunisia.

Benzarti was shown the exit following a series of poor performance as he lost five games, drew two and won only one in his last eight games.

Benzarti’s side’s only win was against Hafia Conakry which they won 7-1, however after losing to Shabab Al Ordan in both legs of the Arab Club Champions Cup and losing to Kotoko in the first leg of the CAF Champions League.

According to the report, Etoile and Benzarti have agreed to part ways but it is yet to be formalized.
