England has lost semi-final game against Croatia by two goals to one. England got off to a start by scoring the first goal in the 5 minute after an awe-inspiring free kick from Trippier.
Harry Kane, got a clear chance minutes after the goal by the Tottenham striker missed a chance he always scores.
Croatia controlled the game but the English defence was too strong for the Croatians to penetrate.
Even in the second half, Croatia struggled to find the back of the net until the 68 minute when Ivan Perisic stretched his leg to kick the ball over Walker’s head to equalize for his side.
Rashford came on later in the game to strengthen the English attack but Croatia still had the upper hand as they continued to control the game.
In the 109 minute, Manzukic got the ball in the English 18-yard box and made no mistake when finding the back of the net.
Croatia has now made it to the final of the World Cup for the first time in their country’s history.
They will now play France who beat Belgium on Sunday.
