Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Ibrahim Danlad, according to a report by Oyerepa FM will not be part of the goalkeepers Ghana will be taking to the World Cup in Qatar.
According to the report, the Black Galaxies goalkeeper and St. Gallen’s Lawrence Ati Zigi are the two goalkeepers who will not make the final cut for the tournament.
Manaf Nurudeen, Richard Ofori, and Jojo Wollacot are the three goalkeepers who will be representing the country at the tournament.



Football fans in Ghana have been calling on the Ghana Football Association to include local players in the squad for the tournament. Danlad, Afriyie Banieh and Denis Korsah are the only Ghanaian players who were named in the 55-man provisional squad for the tournament.
However, per the report, only Banieh might be named in the final squad for the tournament.
