The government has indicated it will be partnering with Private companies to employ graduates under NABCO’s enterprise module.
About 200 companies are ready to partner government to help employ unemployed graduates under this module.
Those who will be selected for the Enterprise Ghana module will be posted to the private companies they will be working with on August 6, 2018.
Like all the modules under the Nations Builder’s Corp, graduates who will be selected for the program will be trained by the government after which the company they will be sent to the companies for a further six weeks training.
The companies have the right to employ people under the module during or after a participant’s 3-year duration.
The government believes involving the private sector in the program will be very helpful as it is the private sector that employs more people.
