CAF to give Kotoko, Ash Gold $50,000 for their Africa campaign – report

The Confederation of African Football (CAF), according to report, will give Asante Kotoko and Ashanti Gold SC $50,000 each for their upcoming Africa campaign.

According to the report, the money will be given to them to help the club in their finances in the preliminary stage of the competition.

Most Ghanaians clubs are unable to participate in both the CAF Champions League and the Confederation Cup due to financial constraints, however, this support from CAF will reduce the burden on the clubs.
