After six games, Berekum Chelsea defence has finally been penetrated. After beating Hearts of Oak, Kotoko and Ashanti Gold without conceding a goal, Aduana were not willing to follow suit.
Aduana had to wait till the last minute of the game before doing what Hearts, Ashanti Gold and Kotoko could not do.
Ashanti Gold after starting the league on a good note has now lost their second match after losing to Chelsea. Over the weekend, Ash Gold lost by a lone goal to Medeama at the Akoon Park at Tarkwa in the Western Region.
Accra Great Olympics is known being relegated at any time but this year, the two-time Ghanaian champions promised their fans they are going to stay in the league. Olympics won their second game by beating Inter Allies one-nil in Accra.
The match of the weekend was the game between Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra Hearts of Oak. Before the game, Hearts fans were optimistic they are finally going to beat their arch-rivals after losing to them in their last five games. However, a late penalty gave the Porcupine Warriors the win they need to continue their dominance over the Phobians.
