Traders and Hawkers on the street of Ashaiman are afraid to return to the street to trade after last week’s accident.
The accident led to the death of at least two people and injuring others. The accident occurred after a truck veered off the road.
A visit to the accident scene by The Post reporter, Augustine Opoku, showed traders are afraid to go back and work.

The absence of the traders has made it easy for people and vehicles to move on the street as their presence made movement difficult.

Moreover, at the time of the visit, the city guards were around to ensure the place is safe for people.
However, it is not known if the city guards are also part of the reason why the hawkers are afraid to back or not.
