As the season came to a close, Kotoku Royals, King Faisal, and Tamale City, unfortunately, faced demotion to the Division ranks due to their performance throughout the campaign. It was a disappointing outcome for these clubs, and they will now compete in lower divisions.
On the other hand, three teams from the Division One League earned promotion to the elite league and are set to lock horns with some of the top contenders in the upcoming 2023/24 season.
