Charles Kouadio, the agent of former Kumasi Asante Kotoko agent, Kjetil Zachariassen has said he and his client will report the club to the Confederation of African Football for how his client has been treated.
Kouadio in an interview on Oyerepa FM said his client has not been treated fairly since in his contract he was given four tasks to fulfill.
According to him, Zachariassen’s first task was for him to qualify the club to the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
Secondly, he was supposed to qualify the team to the CAF Confederation Cup’s group stage if he fails to qualify to the group stage of the Champions League.
Win the Ghanaian Premier League or the FA Cup and qualify to play in the Champions League or the Confederation Cup were his third and fourth task respectively.
But the club failed to allow him to continue and try to achieve the third or fourth task so he feels the club has “no right to sack him”, he explained.
“This contract was given to someone for three years and he is in his fourth month,” he said.
Kouadio was not happy with the amount of money the club want to give to his client after stating in his contract that he will be given three months’ salary should he get sacked.
According to Kouadio, Zachariassen is supposed to receive $9000 plus his October salary which will sum up to $12, 000 but his client told the club to give him $10, 000, however, Kotoko want to give him $5, 000 instead.
“I am a supporter of Kotoko” but we will report the incident to CAF, he said, and revealed that CAF is “already aware of everything.”
“Just to let you know it will end like C.K’s case,” he concluded.
